The Certified Diversity Executive (CDE)® credential is designed to help you to maximize diversity of thought in this 21st century knowledge + experience economy. You will also be empowered to manage a global or large-scale initiative, as well as revolutionize leadership practices and inclusive excellence at your organization.
The CDE® Refresher Course is designed to help you renew your credentials, as well as allow you to ask questions; review best practices and emerging strategies; prepare for new challenges; and excel in your work. (Note: This program is not required if you did NOT participate in the pilot or if you already have 60 CEUs from other sources.) The CDE® Refresher Course will be offered to:
** If you have a certificate from the National Diversity Council, Cornell University, or University of South Florida, you must complete IDC's assessment, per the accreditation standards. IDC's assessment is $617 and includes two portions: a peer-reviewed Candidate Project and an exam. Both portions of the assessment must be completed within one (1) calendar year from your date of registration. If your Certification timeframe expires, your access to IDC's learning management system will automatically expire and a $350 Exam Change Fee is due prior to account reactivation. Please budget your time accordingly.
