The Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)® credential empowers you to effectively lead day-to-day inclusion efforts, as well as increase diverse representation. Beyond black-and-white and political correctness, the CDP® provides a dynamic framework for you to improve workplace equity and change the organizational culture.
The CDP® assessment includes two portions: a peer-reviewed Candidate Project and an exam. Both portions of the assessment must be completed within one (1) calendar year from your date of registration. If your Certification timeframe expires, your access to IDC's learning management system will automatically expire and a $350 Exam Change Fee is due prior to account reactivation. Please budget your time accordingly.
Call 1-800-983-6192 for a Promo Code if your group has 3 or more Candidates.
Please note: this form is for CDP® registrants in the Americas program. If you are in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa or Asia Pacific, you may find our EMEA+APAC program better fits your schedule. It begins at 10:00 CET (4am ET). The Americas and EMEA+APAC programs are structured the same and use the same presentations. However, the EMEA+APAC program is offered on a different time zone and discussions are geared to the regional nuances of participants.
